More about Anuja –
Anuja Chandramouli, is a full–time mommy of two lovely girls and a part–time writer. Having started out as a freelance writer with articles published in Women’s Era, Lonely Planet and The Hindu, she is now an e–reporter and columnist. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in English.
An ardent devotee of Veda Vyasa’s, Mahabharata, the author has been captivated with anything remotely connected to it and Arjuna has always been her favorite. It is her firm belief that as a story, the Mahabharata is and will always remain unparalleled, the Homers and Virgils of any age notwithstanding. The survival of this ancient epic from the days of yore to this very day may be attributed to constant retellings which keep the flames of its supreme awesomeness burning bright. Therefore, she decided to mark her entry into the world of storytelling with the story of the man she insists is the great love of her life and to do her own small part to help ensure the longevity of this immortal and eternally captivating saga. Putting together episodes from Arjuna’s life – some well-known and others mostly obscure, painstakingly gleaned over many years has been an immensely satisfying endeavor, she says and one she will always be proud off.
